Description

The aim of this project is to automatically reconfigure local authority websites based on a pivot model, according to different user categories (tourists, residents, newcomers or local authority staff). This person-centered reconfiguration addresses four aspects: the automation of automatic reconfiguration linked to CMS (particularly Drupal), the integration of user groups in multi-agent approaches, the instillation of personalization elements in the continuous innovation methods supporting website construction, and the integration of user experience in reconfiguration.
